HSM IN 2024.

The past year has been a year of growth and innovation for us, so we can rightfully say that 2024 was one of the most exciting years in HSM’s more than three-decade-long history. Despite bringing some inevitable challenges, we successfully overcame them and learned a great deal from the experience—both individually in each department and collectively as HSM.
Fortunately, there were far more opportunities and successes than challenges, and that’s exactly what we’d love to share with you!
One of the most significant events not just of the past year, but in the company’s history, was the acquisition of IDE3. This first-ever acquisition in our company’s history has enabled us to continue growing and expanding, increasing our capacity and welcoming new experts to our team. Our number of employees has grown from 30 to over 50, strengthening our expertise and broadening our service offerings. Additionally, our IT services and technology portfolio has become even more comprehensive, providing our clients with even better and more complete solutions.
Financial results also reflected our success — revenues in 2024 reached €22 million, marking a growth of more than 25% compared to the previous year.
However, alongside business growth, we remained committed to social responsibility, allocating €45,000 to CSR projects, including the traditional HSM camp for gifted children and support for the Kompići initiative.
We also placed special focus on employee satisfaction and team spirit through various events and recognitions. We are proud to have won the Luppa TOP Workplace award for the second consecutive year and achieved the advanced MAMFORCE Change certification, confirming that we truly create a quality work environment. Additionally, we organized another edition of the Easy Biz Friday event, bringing together inspiring individuals, successful companies, and positive stories. Internal gatherings, team-building activities, and celebrations further strengthened our team spirit, fostering even stronger connections.
In the Adobe distribution segment, we continued to strengthen our market position, maintaining a 20% market share in the Eastern European region. Digital transformation was one of our key objectives—we successfully migrated 80% of our commercial customers to the Marketplace platform, speeding up and simplifying their access to our services.
Additionally, we completed preparations for launching automatic invoicing, which began in January of this year and has been running smoothly so far. We also expanded into international markets, including regions outside the European Union, and started partnerships with companies in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
For the sixth consecutive year, we are proud members of the prestigious Adobe Education Elite program, which acknowledges our excellence in education and innovation. Since we received the Adobe Education Partner award last year for the entire Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, we are pleased that our expertise continues to be recognized and valued.
The Salesforce team continued the internationalization of our business, securing new projects in England, Switzerland, and Sweden. We also fully automated the processing of Adobe Marketplace orders, from order intake to invoicing, further optimizing the operations of our software distribution department. This was one of our largest internal cross-departmental projects to date, and thanks to the knowledge, dedication, and thorough preparation of everyone involved, the project was completed on time and successfully.
The multimedia segment experienced significant growth, both in the number of interactive screens sold and in their sizes. We sold 20% more screens than in 2023, with most of them now being 75 inches, confirming the trend of increasing screen sizes in interactive solutions.
The Google team achieved significant success this year, welcoming new clients such as Sofascore and Kompare. This further strengthened our position as one of the leading Google Workspace partners in the region.
Our new team from IDE3 also had excellent results in 2024. They achieved a 20% revenue increase and continued strong growth in the system support team. They recorded a 30% increase in maintenance projects and a 40% rise in project activities.
One of the most exciting developments was the expansion of the Out of Office SaaS system, which evolved from an internal tool for tracking vacations and sick leave into a widely available solution for clients and the broader community.
What awaits us in 2025? So far, only good things! Throughout the year, we plan to work together on even more complex projects, achieve even greater successes, and build an even better future. We will continue to innovate, strengthen our market position, and expand our team.
